Shipping policy

Infinite Health Labs will ship your order by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. For faster delivery, please call us at 1-800-872-0073 or email us with “Expedited shipping” as the subject at info@infinitehealthlabs.com

 

Infinite Health Labs shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Additional shipping fees may apply to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada. Additional shipping fees also apply to all international orders.

 

Orders received by 12 PM Central time, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day, provided that items are in stock. Orders received after 12 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the next business day

 

All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., and will then be shipped that day.

 

All shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS.

About International Shipping: For international orders, Infinite Health Labs does not ship internationally yet.

 

*Free Shipping - Retail orders only. Orders may qualify for free shipping if the ship to address is within the continental United States. The shipping carrier is chosen by Infinite Health Labs.

 

Returns

Infinite Health Labs will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase. Please call (800) 872-0073 or E-Mail us to authorize in advance of return. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. Orders that are incorrectly placed with Infinite Health Labs, or placed in error, will be refunded for the full purchase price, less the shipping charge incurred by Infinite Health Labs. Items that are older than 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

Back Orders

While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. If we are out of an item, we will notify you promptly via email or phone. In addition, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock so you don't have to wait on your whole order for one item. There is no additional shipping charge if this occurs.

 

Return to Sender Orders

All orders shipped to addresses incorrectly supplied by the customer will be reshipped at the expense of the customer. The customer will be notified of reshipped packages before reshipping. In regards to orders shipped to the correct address, if delivery is incorrectly refused by the recipient, and the package is returned to sender, the recipient will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the package. If it is our fault…. We will take responsibility & re-ship the order at no cost to the customer (and usually throw in a free product for the delay!)
